Students Coming Through ISEP
Students Coming Under A Double DEGREE AGREEMENT
STUDENTS FROM UNIVERSITIES THAT ARE UCC PARTNERS
Please follow these instructions:
1. Contact the coordinator at your university and comply with any requirements established for an exchange
2. Complete the UCC on-line Admission (ucc.edu.ar). For students arriving in March 2008, the deadline to submit all paperwork through postage is 15th October 2007. For students arriving in July 2008, the deadline to submit all paperwork through postage is 30th April 2008. Students should register on line early enough so as to comply with the paperwork deadline. The paperwork (printed registration forms bearing the seal and signature of the university coordinator, original university transcript, and 3 clear copies of the student’s passport, a letter of recommendation by a professor) must be sent to:

Applications arriving after the deadline will not be processed. Please use a courier service (such as DHL, UPS, etc.) that allows you to track the package. Do not use the postal service to send these important forms.
In order to complete the on-line admission process, you must do the following:
* Go to ucc.edu.ar and then to "Ingresantes".
* Click on "Admisión 2007/2008. Solicitud de admisión".
* Click on "Si Ud. no reside en la República Argentina y desea cursar asignaturas durante un semestre o un año, como alumno de intercambio, presione aquí".
* Click on "Si Ud. todavía no realizó su solicitud de admisión, presione aquí".
* In "Seleccione el año en el cual desea iniciar sus actividades": choose the appropriate year.
* Click on your "areas of interest". Please choose an area from “Pregrado/grado” (undergraduate).
* Complete the following information:
"Soy estudiante de":
"Nombre": Please write the name of your home university.
"País de su Universidad”: Choose your home country.
"Que ha celebrado convenio de intercambio con": choose Universidad Católica de Córdoba.
Click on "Cursar asignaturas" (take subjects).
"Deseo estudiar en la UCC en el siguiente período" (I wish to study during the following period): March to July, August to December, etc.
"Datos Personales" (Personal information): -Fill out last name, first name, passport number, country of passport issuance, and sex (masculine/feminine).
"Datos de nacimiento" (birth information): date, country, state, city, nationality.
"Datos de su domicilio" (Address).
"Datos para comunicarnos con Ud": e-mail address and telephone number.
"Código de inscripción": Write a secret question for security purposes. Write your answer.
Submit the form on-line and take note of your access code when your registration has been approved.
Students must print the forms and instructions, fill them out, have the ESA form signed and stamped by their coordinator and send them by postage to the UCC along with 3 clear photocopies of their passport and their original university transcript translated into Spanish by a notarized translator. (If they prefer, students may have such a translation made in Cordoba immediately after arrival). UCC will evaluate the applications, choose the very best five candidates per university and per semester and confirm acceptance for the exchange program at UCC via e-mail addressed both to the university coordinator and the students.

STUDENTS COMING THROUGH ISEP
1. Contact your coordinator at your university and follow the ISEP procedure filling out the appropriate forms.
2. Complete the UCC on-line Admission (ucc.edu.ar). For SM2 students arriving in March 2008, the deadline to submit all paperwork through postage is 15 October 2007; for SM1 students arriving in July 2008, the deadline to submit all paperwork through postage is 30th April 2008. STUDENTS SHOULD REGISTER ONLINE 2 WEEKS PRIOR TO PAPERWORK DEADLINE. Therefore, SM2 students must register by 1st October 2007 and SM1 students must register by 15th April 2008. All paperwork must arrive at the UCC office NO LATER THAN OCTOBER 15, 2007 (SM1 students) or APRIL 30, 2008 (SM2 students). Send the paperwork (printed registration forms bearing the seal and signature of your ISEP coordinator, original university transcript, and 3 clear copies of your passport) to:
